Today I’m inspecting a brand new 2022 Diesel Pusher and once again we find things. First when I walked inside the problems outside kind of gave themselves away. Let’s take a look at that real quick in a little cubby on the passenger side dashboard of this RV. When I lift it up I can see there’s water inside there. That was a dead giveaway as soon as I got here.
Let me get my shoes on and we will look at the Manufacture date. This was built in 2021 but it is a 2022 model RV.
Seeing water on the dash is real scary. Where is that water coming from? What’s going on there? When I go outside and I’m looking at the RV windshield seal, I look up and I don’t know if you see that rubber seal across the RV windshield. It does not look like it’s installedl very well. Let’s go one step further and go up the ladder and look at this RV windshield not sealed properly. When I actually push on it you can see water squirting out of that seal. It’s not good to see water squirt out of the RV windshield seal. Water is probably getting inside of the RV windshield We saw water on the dash of the RV so it’s like there’s a water leak to me. This RV is brand new, once again 2022 RV Diesel Pusher that cost about $250,000.
You don’t want to have this happen to you after you purchase your new RV. Then you have to take it back to get it fixed. That’s why you hire certified RV inspectors.
