Tell us a little about your situation while running CMW Machine Inspection Services.
I have been in the RV industry for over 15 years with most of my experience at 3 large dealerships. Master Service Advisor, Delivery Advisor and Warranty Manager.
Do you live in an RV full-time?
What inspired you to start CMW Machine Inspection Services?
I felt that there was a disconnect between what customers expect and then experience with the purchase (or sale) of an RV. My company’s mission statement is to be that bridge so that I can instill an air of confidence with a prospective buyer.

RV Inspections, RV Walk-thru and RV consultant.
What is your background and how did you develop the skills to start CMW Machine Inspection Services?
Communication and Customer Service has always been the pillar of my education and business intent. I firmly believe in honesty, fairness, and dependability in any business transaction.
What has been your business’s proudest moment?
Being listed as an LLC and my very first RV inspection.
What has been your biggest challenge?
Trying to evolve and adapt in this fast-paced RV climate in mid-Florida.

Research upcoming RV for inspection, performing the inspection, then updating customer with findings and finally sending report for their review.
Tell us something interesting/fun about CMW Machine Inspection Services.
CMW Machine actually started with riding dirt bikes for team Green as a young lad. Then I kept the email and decided to do something with it.
If you could go back to the beginning knowing what you know now, what would you have done differently?
Gone into the Military Service right after college. I regret not seeing the world as it was back then compared to what it is today.
What’s your best advice for someone who wants to start his/her own RV business?
Stay vigilant to the ethics and standards, stay true to yourself, and be honest with customers.
