Is your fiberglass RV roof cracked?

I’m doing an inspection on a 2020 45 ft Diesel Pusher. It was built in August 2019 and right now it’s February 2023.
This RV is less than 4 years old and I want to talk to you about your fiberglass RV roof. Why it’s important to see what’s going on on that roof before you purchase. So today I’m up here looking at this fiberglass roof and we’re just going to look at what I saw. That’s some pretty serious cracking in this fiberglass roof and we don’t know what’s going on under there. You can feel that there is a gap between the fiberglass and the wood there. It feels like the wood may be swollen underneath of the fiberglass. There could be water damage inside, but I haven’t been inside yet so I don’t know.
